--- "I am 85 years old and have been active my entire life until a few years ago when we sold our cattle ranch and when, almost simultaneously, my employment as an exploration geologist ceased because of the principal owner’s battle with Alzheimer’s disease. Because of my prior activities I never had to think about keeping fit, and after "retirement" I had but little self motivation to do so. However, my daughters "kept on my case" until I finally signed up for personal training in order to counter my physical decline (and get my daughters off my back). In the past few months, with weekly 45 minute sessions and minimal exercises at home, my physical condition has greatly improved (I still have a ways to go) and I feel much better both physically and mentally. Dalene has been a great coach, acting as my incentive and cheerfully encouraging and guiding me through different exercise routines designed specifically for my particular needs. --- "Dalene is a Certified Personal Trainer.  She loves to work with older adults.  My physical therapist recommended that I continue rehabilitating my hip after I broke it, and get a coach that will show me how to use machines and best exercises for my age (81) for full recovery.  The cost is reasonable.  She is fun to work with and knows her job.  I would recommend her if you want to rehab or just get in shape." ~ Lynne H
